Change Nigeria Project

How do we solve the inherent NPF problem, anyone with suggestions. I'm thinking bump thier salaries, cut out those DPO's as middleman and the Salary should be deposited directly in their accounts, and a whole lot of training I mean real training needs to be done. Drop your comments

The inherent NPF problem is more of a socio-political nature than adminstrative. The whole system needs overhauling, as well as a contentious philosophy to enhance the change, has to come from within. Given the nigerian situation, and the context, if you will, requires a very drastic and pivotal approach devoid of sentiments. Nigerians, i mean the elected officials need to have also a much more patriotic interest in doing this to achieve the goals and the objectives of the change, otherwise, if they strive to maintain the "status quo" for the interest of governance, it is purely a waste of resources. Off the record and line, the undersigned has no reversations for the entire exercise when it comes to the rudiments. May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria!!!
